The living room consist of a sleeper sofa with oversized plush chairs. The large country style dining room table seats 6 with additional breakfast bar seating. Plenty of room for family & friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the family chef will need including both a drip & Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy the evening relaxing on the balcony with your favorite cocktail.
SeaSpray offers a well-maintained fitness center, hot tub, 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk). With a traffic-controlled pedestrian walkway, you can enjoy a game of tennis/pickleball right across the street at our Riverside building. Explore the beautiful landscaping surrounding the propane grill house, kayak rack and private marina dock & boat launch.
Minimum age to rent is 25 year old.
Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Any vehicle not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.
