Parking Information: All guests, both rental guests and private guests of owners, are required to register their vehicles. Parking is managed by VRPS —Vacation Rental Parking Solutions. Guests may register up to two vehicles per condominium. No additional parking spaces are available. Each vehicle cost is $55 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay.
Boat, Trailer and Jet Ski Information: All watercraft and trailers must be registered. Registration may be completed in advance and requires copy of current registration and insurance. Registration is $55 per day, or $350 per week plus tax, per stay. Boat slips are available for use with a registered boat, first come, first serve.

SeaSpray Perdido Key
Nestled on 300 feet of Gulf front property, SeaSpray offers an efficiency and two- and three-bedroom condominiums for your perfect vacation rental. The East and West buildings are directly on the Gulf overlooking the pristine white sandy beach. Across the street is the River building which overlooks Ole River, the Marina and Ono Island. SeaSpray offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, a BBQ grill area, and our beautiful Marina with boat launch. Nineteen boat slips are available for guests to use.
Sailing, boating, jet skiing, kayaking, fishing, and biking are just a few of the activities the area has to offer. Moments away are some of the best restaurants serving local fare and live music. Close by is the Naval Air Museum, home to the Blue Angels, the Navy’s flight demonstration team. Visit historic downtown Pensacola, named “The Greatest Place in Florida” by the American Planning Association People’s Choice Award. Come and visit – there’s something for everyone!
There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces with charging stations are near the maintenance shop for our owners and guests to use on our private property.
