SeaSpray Perdido Key offers 2 and 3 luxurious bedroom condos on the Gulf of Mexico and on Ole’ River. There are 3 pools, hot tub, tennis / pickleball courts, and a fitness room. For the boaters out there, we have a launch ramp and completely rebuilt marina. Bring your boat or rent one when you are here!

Parking Passes are $50 each for the length of stay. Boat Slips are available on a first come, first serve basis and are $300 per week or $50 per day. All vehicles and boats must be registered through the office.
