Pet

Q. Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately not, pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties.

 

Parking

Q. Do I need a parking pass? Is there a charge for parking?

Yes, please visit the office. No, there is no charge for parking.

Q. Can I park my RV, Boat, or Motorcycle?

Yes, please call the office (850) 492-2200.

 

Check In/Out

Q. What time is check-in?

Check-in time is between 3:00pm – 4:30pm.

Q. What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 10am.

Q. How can I get the room key after office hours?

It will be located in the Late Arrival Box outside the office door.

 

Reservation

Q. How much is reservation fee/ deposit?

25% of total bill due at booking.

Q. What it your cancellation policy?

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00. Your advance rent payment less the cancellation fee will be returned if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.  No refunds will be issued for any reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival.  To prevent loss of rental payments, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Insurance.  All refunds due to you shall be refunded to the original form of payment.

 

Amenities/Services

Q. Is the room smoke-friendly? No

Q. Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, linens and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring beach towels, bath towels are not to be removed from the home.

Q. Is there a ice machine or vending machine? No

Q. Do you provide beach chairs?

No. You can rent beach chairs through the beach service during summer season.

Q. How do I get to the nearest grocery store?

Publix and Winn-dixie are approximately 5miles away (7mins) traveling east.
