Yes, please call the office (850) 492-2200. RV parking is not allowed. You must make other arrangements for an RV. Motorcycles are allowed. They take up one parking space and use one of your allowed parking passes. Boat Slips are available on a first come, first serve basis and are $300 per week or $50 per day. All Boats and trailers must be registered in the office.
Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm.
Check-out time is 10am. Late checkouts may result in additional charges.

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00. Your advance rent payment less the cancellation fee will be returned if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be issued for any reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival. To prevent loss of rental payments, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Insurance. All refunds due to you shall be refunded to the original form of payment.
