The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bath/shower, and the third guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third bathroom is conveniently in the foryer. This is truly a very spacious condo with plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy their stay at the beach. While visiting, you will have access to the amenities of all 3 of Sea Spray's buildings. This includes 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, well equipped beach front fitness room, and even a boat launch and marina across the street at our Riverside location, with an area for grilling. The property even has a tennis/pickleball court for those who like to enjoy a liesurely game. Many delicious dining choices are near by!

Parking passes are $40.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $250.00 per week or $40.00 per day.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $100 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
