Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking Solutions). Guest will receive an email invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicles owner's expense.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $100 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.

Giving this a two star for the view the condo has along with decent outdoor furniture. The rest of the condo is extremely outdated and furniture was dirty ! We had a closet door fall off , a very heavy mirror fell off the wall , the jacuzzi tub doesn’t work and the ice maker on the fridge was appalling. The pools were clean and the facility itself was taken care off , young girl at front desk was rude and communication after we let them know about the many issues was poor .
