There are 3 bedrooms, with a cozy king bed in the master and a queen in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Having three bathrooms assures that everyone has enough space and privacy during their stay. The view from the balcony overlooks the refreshing pool, marina and BBQ area, so be sure to get ready to grill your fresh catch! Perdido Key's sunsets are breathtaking! This condo will become your favorite retreat year after year! SeaSpray also boasts 3 pools, a hot tub, a well equipped beach front fitness center, a BBQ area, a marina and boat launch, newly surfaced tennis/pickleball courts, and almost 300 feet of pristine beach on the Gulf of Mexico! Parking passes are $25.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $150.00 per week or $25.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $50 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
