This fun, adorable, 2 Bedroom 2 Bath family friendly condo is positioned beautifully over Perdido Key's Ole River. The charming living room has spectacular views of sunrises and sunsets, boats, kayaks and dolphins that you can watch right from the front room's cozy sofa and chair! The kitchen has all new stainless steel, modern appliances and TWO OVENS! This comes in handy for quick, convenient dinners for the family or if you want to spoil them with an elaborate, yet intimate dinner while on vacation! Outside, there is a grilling area as well, that is great for steaks, veggies and even your freshest catch! You really can't go wrong when staying right by the gorgeous SeaSpray Marina. This condo overlooks one of SeaSpray's 3 inpecably manicured pools. There are large flat screen TV's in the unit for everyone's enjoyment while winding down from a sunny, sandy day. While visiting, be sure to enjoy the hot tub, our well equipped, beach front work out room, or even our tennis & pickleball courts! There are cozy chairs to sit in on the balcony, so you can enjoy your morning coffee, mimosa, or our local favorite, The Bushwhacker! There's even a wine fridge provided by this gracious owner, so your drinks are always cold and ready for you... you're welcome! The master bedroom has a comfy king sized bed and hosts a bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower with an additional hand held shower and corner seat! The tile work is quite lovely! The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a fun dresser with a flat screen TV for the youngsters, to keep them busy and make them feel right at home. This condo is truly cozy and is sure to help you and yours make great memories to look back on for years and years to come!

Parking passes are $25.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $150.00 per week or $25.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $100 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
