There is a queen sized bed at one end of the large room and a living area with comfortable sofa sleeper at the other. There are 2 sliding doors leading out to the well manicured pool area. No need to be bothered with elevators! Just open this condo's sliding doors and step right into paradise! The kitchen has a gorgeous granite counter tops, and will surely please the most seasoned cook! The bathroom boasts a large, refreshing, walk in shower. There is a small patio area for you to enjoy the view. Step right off the patio onto the pool deck and have almost immediate beach access! This is one of our most popular condos, so book FAST before it's gone... You won't regret it! SeaSpray's property has three pools, a hot tub, a well equipped beach front fitness center, a marina with boat slip, a grilling area and a newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball court. Parking passes are $25.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $150.00 per week or $25.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $100 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
