This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, all tile, roomy condo sleeps 8 comfortably! There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 full beds in the third bedroom. The master and second bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The third hall bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home and more! Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and dining areas or from the wrap around balcony, with access from the living areas as well as the master and third guest bedrooms. What a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee or a mimosa, watching the sunrise! Enjoy a swim in the warm waters of the Gulf , or cool off in one of SeaSpray's 2 refreshing beach side pools. Relax in the hot tub, or work out in the well equipped beach front fitness center. Also, just a short walk to the Riverside gives you access to a third pool, the marina with a boat slip, Riverside BBQ area for grilling our fresh catch, and newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Parking passes are $25.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $150.00 per week or $25.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $100 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
