This elegantly decorated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit is absolutely spectacular and sleeps 6 quite comfortably! The living area and the master bedroom have panoramic views of the gulf... talk about relaxation! You can sit on the plush living room furniture or lay in bed with a mimosa in hand, relaxing, while looking at the sunrise or sunset. The master en suite bathroom has a walk in rainshower detachable head, is SO roomy, and will come in handy after a sandy day at the beach! The other 2 bedrooms have wonderfully cozy queen beds and there are two additional bathrooms for your friends and family so that everyone will have privacy while visiting. Also, be sure to cook a nice meal in the modern kitchen that has new appliances, and eat at the adorable dining room table or on the balcony at the amazing seating area provided by this gracious owner. You truly can't go wrong with this unit and will want to visit it, year after year, again and again! Make this your new home away from home! While here, be sure to enjoy SeaSpray's property that boasts 3 refreshing pools, a hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, a grilling area for your fresh catch, and a well equipped gym that faces the beach, not to mention a brand new marina with a boat ramp! Also, we offer two Level 2 Blink Electric Car chargers located at the Riverside parking lot, 2 spaces near the maintenance shop.

*** Until the end of May of 2024, gulf side tower amenities as well as balcony access to units will be limited. However, there WILL BE one pool and hot tub open at all times during this time. Riverside is due to see completion at the end of June 2024. ***

Parking passes are $25.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $150.00 per week or $25.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $100 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.
