There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home and more. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and dining areas. What a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee or a mimosa, while watching the sunrise. Enjoy the SeaSpray amenities, including 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts, marina with boat slip, and a well equipped beach front fitness center. Parking passes are $25.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $150.00 per week or $25.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $50 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
