This delightful beach front condo will leave you relaxed, and wanting more sand and sun time! The unit is very inviting and truly feels like home away from home. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a beautuiful, plush king bed in the master and an equally cozy queen bed in the second bedroom. The master bath has a roomy, tiled, walk in shower, and a vanity with double sinks and a large mirror so you can check those tan lines! The second bathroom is also tiled and is a traditional tub/shower combo. There is plenty of space in the modern kitchen to make a great meal for family and friends. The spacious living and dining areas both look over the majestic waters of the Gulf Of Mexico, and you'll be sure to love being able to step out onto the balcony to sit and listen to the waves with your favorite drink in hand! This condo offers a keurig as well as a coffee pot, so make sure to bring your favorite choice of morning Joe! SeaSpray offers three refreshing pools, a hot tub, a well equipped gym that looks out onto the water, a marina with a boat slip, a grilling area for your fresh catch, and newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts for those of you who are competitive and want to get ina game or two!

Parking passes are $25.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $150.00 per week or $25.00 per day.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $50 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
