This family friendly condo is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit that sleeps 6, quite comfortably! It hosts a cozy king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a nice sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has an absolutely breathtaking view of the Gulf that's sure to make anyone happy while cooking a meal for family and friends! Additionally, the master en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower for your much needed relaxation after a long day of your toes in the sand. Also, you can enjoy the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets of the Gulf both from the living room and dining room areas, so get your coffee cups and/or champange glasses ready! Amenities include access to all 3 refreshing swimming pools and a hot tub. There's a BBQ area for grilling your fresh catch, a private marina, newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts and a well equipped fitness center that faces the beach! This is truly the place to be, at SeaSpray's impressive property! Come make beautiful memories with family and friends in this relaxing home away from home!
Minimum age to rent is 25.
Parking passes are $25.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $150.00 per week or $25.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $50 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
