There are boat slips at our new marina available for you to use, on a first come first serve basis. If you don't have a boat, there are several places close by where you can rent for the day or even the week! Enjoy your evening cocktail, or even our local favorite, The Famous Bushwhacker, while watching one of our gorgeous sunsets. You are only a short walk from the Gulf and sugar white sands of Perdido Key's famous beaches. SeaSpray's property also boasts 3 pools, a hot tub, newly resurfaced tennis/pickle ball courts, a well equipped gym that faces the gulf, and, of course, our impeccably kept marina, boat launch and grilling area. Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $100 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.
