This extremely roomy unit is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home away from home that your family and friends are sure to enjoy. It has a brand new king bedroom suite and mattress in the master bedroom for your relaxation, as well as a beautiful walk in shower with plenty of room for all of your toiletries and beach towels. The sliding door in the master bedroom opens to the balcony, so you can literally wake up to the view you love! In the second bedroom, there is a comfy queen bedroom suite with a smart t.v. and recessed lighting above the bed, and lighting changing lamps on each nightstand for our visitors who just may like to read until they fall asleep. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top for your children or teens to have fun in, along with a desk and t.v. to enjoy. There is a second bathroom to be shared by the second and third bedrooms that is a nice tub/shower combo. The beautiful, roomy kitchen is fully stocked so that you can cook a great meal for your crowd, then eat as a group at the large, cozy dining room table that seats six. The brand new washer and dryer is full size, and ready to make your towels and bathing suits smell like dryer sheets! You can wash everything before you even get home so that you can relax and put everything away with ease. The living area boasts a cozy queen sleeper sofa and a love seat, along with two chairs, leaving plenty of room for relaxation and staring at the beautiful gulf waters as they roll in onto the fluffy white sands of Perdido Key. The living area also offers a nice sized t.v., and even some books for your enjoyment, just in case you want to get lost in a good story as you enjoy sitting in the sand and sun. Parking passes are $40.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $250.00 per week or $40.00 per day.
