While here, please enjoy SeaSpray's 2 beach front pools and hot tub, or even get your work out in, downstairs, in the West building's well equipped beach front gym! You can also stroll across the street to SeaSpray's Riverside property to enjoy a third pool, marina and boat launch, pier, grilling area for your fresh catch, newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts, and a wonderful view of boats leisurely sailing by while dolphins and other wildlife play in the water. Parking passes are $40.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $250.00 per week or $40.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $100 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
