Also, you can enjoy the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets of the Gulf both from the living room and dining room areas, so get your coffee cups and/or champange glasses ready! Amenities include access to all 3 refreshing swimming pools and a hot tub. There's a BBQ area for grilling your fresh catch, a private marina, newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts and a well equipped fitness center that faces the beach! Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days prior to arrival / 60 days for monthly rentals). Refunds will not include the $100 cancellation fee. If within 30 days of the arrival date there will be no refund given. All monies paid will be forfeited. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover you in the event of named storms, evacuations, illness, loss of job or other covered events that prevents you from traveling.
Deposit Policy
25% of your total balance is due at time of booking. SeaSpray does not collect a refundable deposit.
