SeaSpray Perdido Key Condominiums are located on 300 feet of beach front property overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Perdido Key, Florida. Perdido Key is located in Escambia County and is the first unincorporated community in Florida travelling east from Alabama on the Gulf Coast beach road. Perdido (Spanish for “lost”) Key is located between Pensacola, Florida and Orange Beach, Alabama. Perdido Key is a barrier island that is about 16 miles long and only a few hundred yards wide in most areas. The locals joke that it’s no longer “lost” as more owners and visitors “find” the area and make it their home.
SeaSpray Perdido Key Condominiums is a family oriented condominium made up of three towering buildings with mainly spacious two, and three-bedroom living accommodations. Two of the towers are located on the Gulf of Mexico and the third tower is located on “Ole River.” The condominium includes 156 units, some of which are dedicated as the gym, office, etc.
The amenities at SeaSpray include beach access, three swimming pools (one at each building), a hot tub, tennis courts, gym, a boat launch and dock. Each unit has a water front balcony.
SeaSpray was constructed in 1983 and is one of the original condominiums on the Key. The property has been very well maintained and is one of the few that includes the benefits of not only the Gulf of Mexico but also the River. Additionally, there are protected state and federal beaches and land that border the property that preserves the spacious and natural landscape the owners and guest enjoy. SeaSpray remains one of the best bargains in the area for sale or rent.
